Hi, I'm Tomas Crespo, founder of Crespo Digital LLC. I'm a full-stack developer who builds websites and software for local service businesses: contractors, landscapers, pool companies and more.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. We build and configure everything for you. You use a simple app on your phone to reply to leads and see your jobs.

Can I keep my business phone number?

Yes. You can forward your existing number to the system, or we can set you up with a new local number.

Does this replace my job management software?

Not necessarily. This handles the front of the job: calls, texts, leads, booking, follow-ups and reviews. If you already use software for dispatch and invoicing, tell us on the demo and we'll show you how the two would fit together.

What does the AI receptionist actually do?

It's an optional add-on that answers calls 24/7, collects the customer's details, creates the lead, books the appointment, sends you a call summary and can transfer to a person when someone is available.

Can review requests go out automatically?

Yes, on Crew and up. A request goes to every customer after the job. Asking everyone the same way matters, because Google's review policy doesn't allow asking only your happy customers.

Do I have to register to send business texts?

Yes. US carriers require businesses to register before texting customers. We help you with that during setup.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly, plus a one-time setup fee. Phone, SMS, email and AI usage may be billed separately based on what you use. You can cancel any time before your next billing date, with no long-term contract. There are no refunds for partial months.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Start on Solo or Crew and move up as your team and workflows grow. You can add the AI Receptionist to any plan.

How long does setup take?

Most accounts are live within 3–5 business days. Texting registration with the carriers can add a few days.
