This Privacy Policy explains how Crespo Digital LLC ("Crespo Digital," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website, request a demo, or use Zillah and related services (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade, plan interest, billing details and any messages you send us.
Information collected automatically. Basic device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
Information from our clients' customers. When businesses use Zillah, they may store their own customers' names, contact details, appointments, messages and call recordings or summaries in their account. We process that information on behalf of our clients, who control it.
2. How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and provide, set up and support the Services
- To send appointment reminders, account notices and support messages
- To send marketing messages, only where you have agreed to receive them
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To improve our website and Services, and to keep them secure
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we will send messages related to your request or account and, if you separately agree, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact us using the details below. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the Services, such as our CRM and communications platform, hosting providers, telecommunications carriers and payment processors
- When required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public

If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business directly about your information. We will help them respond to your request.
8. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
